The first 30 homes in a project set to deliver up to 13,000 over the next 25 years have been completed.
New pictures show the homes, which are part of the East Float development at Wirral Waters, a project led by Peel L&P which is set to regenerate the Birkenhead docklands with thousands of new homes.
At East Float, a joint venture between House by Urban Splash and Peel L&P, a total of 350 homes will be built.

But the completion of the first 30 homes is a major milestone, as it will see the first Wirral Waters’ residents move into their new homes, which were built in just three months.
There are two types of homes at East Float, called Row House and Town House.
Row House homes come in three sizes, a two-bedroom two-storey home, a three-bedroom two-and-a-half storey home with a roof terrace, and the largest, a four-bedroom three-storey home.
The homes were manufactured using Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) at the House by Urban Splash factory in the East Midlands, before being delivered to Wirral by road.
The Town House homes are three-storeys and offer open plan options, including up to five bedrooms and home offices, a garden living option featuring a traditional layout with living spaces downstairs, or loft living with bedrooms on the ground floor and open plan living areas upstairs.
Megan Howey, who manages sales on site at East Float, said: “I’m here each day watching this incredible new neighbourhood come to life. With our first phase of homes in place it will soon be time to welcome our first residents too – early adopters who have secured a unique property in a vibrant part of the Wirral.”
Ms Howey added: “Our new residents will also benefit from a new park next to East Float, as well as all the fantastic new amenities planned for Wirral Waters.
“This is fast becoming a superb place for families and individuals looking to settle in a future proofed neighbourhood – not only taking the amenities into consideration, but with Liverpool on its doorstep on one side and the parks, beaches and greenery of the Wirral on the other – it boasts urban living, community, suburban calm and glorious countryside.
“It’s set to be an unrivalled place to live, work and play.”
