Wimbledon 2026: What is the order of play on day five?

  • Novak Djokovic will face France’s Arthur Rinderknech in Centre Court’s first match of the day, following his “vintage” performance against Stefanos Tsitispas on Wednesday.
  • Defending champion Jannik Sinner is then set to play against Jenson Brooksby on Court No.1.
  • Meanwhile, World No 1 Aryna Sabalenka will play Jelena Ostapenko in Centre Court’s second match of the day.
  • Serena and Venus Williams are not currently scheduled to rekindle their doubles partnership on Friday, with Serena still a doubt after “tweaking her knee”.
  • Day five of Wimbledon will also feature various doubles matches, including Britain’s Katie Swan and Australia’s John Peers against Edouard Roger-Vasselin and Laura Siegemund on Court 14 later on today.
