Chris Rock's brother is wanting to fight for the family's name and has offered to step into a boxing ring with Will Smith.
The King Richard actor, 53, made headlines around the world when he stormed the stage and smacked comedian Chris, 57, following a joke about Jada Pinkett Smith, 50.
And now Chris's brother Kenny, 42, has challenged Will to put on the gloves and fight him.
The younger Rock sibling has signed a deal to be involved in a celebrity boxing fight on June 11 and is eyeing up the Hollywood superstar.
He told TMZ on Wednesday: "I should get in the ring with Will Smith. I could take him down!"
He admits the pair's size difference wouldn't make a difference and sternly said: "I’ll let the hands do the talking."
Kenny went on to say that while his brother is keeping a relatively low profile since the incident, the Everybody Hates Chris narrator is "doing great".
"I haven't seen him but we've talked," Kenny said.
He slammed Will's behaviour shortly after the slap and appeared cautious as to whether the Fresh Prince star would actually serve his punishment dished out to him by the Academy.
Kenny continued: "We have to see if he's actually going to get the 10 year ban. They might say a 10 year ban, but after three years they'll think that we might have forgot about it and slide him in there after two years, after three years, after five year, so we have to see that these people do what they say they'll do."
And he claims he doubts Chris would have accepted Will's social media apology.
Will wrote after the event: "Violence in all of its forms is poisonous and destructive. My behavior at last night’s Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable."
He added: "I would like to publicly apologize to you, Chris. I was out of line and I was wrong. I am embarrassed and my actions were not indicative of the man I want to be. There is no place for violence in a world of love and kindness."
Kenny also said that the pair's other brother Tony has taken the incident personally, but insists he doesn't blame him for doing so.
He continued: "I'm taking it personally but I'm more like a quiet storm."
Earlier in the week, Chris was asked about the incident but decided to make light of the situation.
According to Californian newspaper, the Desert Sun, Chris said: "I'm OK, I have a whole show and I'm not talking about that [the Will Smith slap] until I get paid.
"Life is good. I got my hearing back," he added but didn't dive deeper into the situation.
