Will Smith and Chris Rock have received a ‘public bid’ to join Patrice Evra on the undercard of Martyn Ford vs Sajad Gharibi - better known as the Iranian Hulk - next month, following their on-stage Oscars fracas.
Among those already scheduled to fight on the night is former Manchester United defender Evra. The 40-year-old, who won five Premier League titles and a Champions League while at Old Trafford, is making his boxing debut against YouTuber Adam Selah.
Also on the undercard is former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara, who is gearing up to face Katie Price’s ex-boyfriend Kris Boyson. However, Smith vs Rock would surely trump all contests, including the headline fight itself.

The Mirror reports that fight night promoters BoxStar have made a public bid for the duo to take to the ring. Managing Director Darren Lamb said: “Will Smith vs Chris Rock has the potential to be the biggest fight of the year, if not the century, so what better way to settle their differences than at a packed O2 Arena on April 30.
"At Boxstar, we specialise in allowing celebrities the opportunity to put on a pair of gloves and squash their beef in the right way, in a boxing ring, and we would be honoured to put on this fight."
He added: "With £10m on the table and a 50/50 purse split, we hope they take us up on the offer and give the fans what they want." The sum is considerably less than the $30m (£27.3m) offered by Tommy Fury adversary Jake Paul, who has asked them to battle it out on his undercard in August.
Both proposals come after Smith aggressively slapped Rock at the Oscars while presenting the winner of the best documentary award on Sunday night following a joke the comedian made about wife Jada Pinkett Smith, who suffers from alopecia. It referenced GI Jane, who famously donned a shaved head look in the 1997 movie.
Smith apologised to “the Academy” for his actions when receiving best actor - his first ever Oscar - for his portrayal in King Richard, a biopic about the father of tennis stars Serena and Venus Williams. Previously, Smith portrayed Muhammad Ali in a 2001 biographic sports drama.
