Deontay Wilder returns to fight Tyrrell Herndon tonight, hoping to take a step towards a bout with Anthony Joshua.

The former long-reigning WBC heavyweight champion, who turns 40 in October, is in Kansas to take on a little-known opponent and launch what will surely be a final bid to rediscover past glories after a torrid few years inside the ring.
