Trent Robinson says the Sydney Roosters are yet to hold talks with Daly Cherry-Evans over a move, despite appearing to be the frontrunners in the race for the Queensland halfback.

Cherry-Evans indicated at the start of this season that this would be his final year with Manly, and he has since kept his plans for 2026 close to his chest.
