Why Marvel is keeping Avengers: Doomsday under wraps despite growing fan curiosity and backlash over its latest teaser

Marvel Studios has presented another opportunity for speculation on Avengers: Doomsday; however, their latest marketing stunt has hardly helped find any answers to the many questions raised by one of the most awaited movies in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The company has released a teaser for the movie during Game 1 of the 2026 World Series featuring both superheroes and MLB stars. However, the limited amount of fresh footage left some viewers wondering whether the preview justified the build-up.

According to TheWrap , fans expecting a substantial new look at the film were largely disappointed by what appeared to be a brief collection of familiar scenes and a handful of new glimpses.
