Whoopi Goldberg rushed to Joy Behar's aid after she suffered a dramatic fall on set of The View.
The 79-year-old was walking onto the stage when she dropped to the ground before she got to her seat.
The audience gasped as the presenter slipped but she was immediately helped by Whoopi, the show's moderator, who told her to "come on, just stand".
Joy's co-hosts Sara Hains and Sunny Hostin were visibly shocked as they ran over to help.
A production assistant was seen holding Joy's chair to ensure she sat down safely.
But luckily, the comedian and TV host saw the funny side and joked: "“25 years, that has never happened - who do I sue?!”
She also took the time to warn others of the dangers of falling, adding: "The main thing - just to talk seriously - when Bob Saget fell, he died."
“If you hit your head, and you feel dizzy, or you have blurred vision, or you feel like you want to go to sleep, go to the doctor. Because that will kill you.”
She ended on a light note, saying: “I’m a klutz.”
Her fall came after she faced backlash over her "tone deaf" comment about Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine.
She said on the February 24 episode: "I'm scared of what's going to happen in western Europe, too," Behar said.
"You plan a trip, you want to go there, I've wanted to go to Italy for four years, and I haven't been able to make it because of the pandemic and now this. It's like, what's gonna happen there?"
She had made the controversial comments after Sunny explained the current situation in Ukraine.
Sunny said: ""Estimates are 50,000 Ukrainians will be dead or wounded and this is going to start a refugee crisis in Europe," Hostin had said. "We're talking about 5million people that are going to be displaced. It's heartbreaking to hear what is going to happen."
New York Post columnist Karol Markowicz hit out at Joy's comment: "Did Putin even stop to think how his invasion would affect Joy Behar’s trip to Italy?"
Sports commentator @KFCBarstool said: "The true horror of the worldwide pandemic and Russia invading Ukraine? Joy Behar hasn’t been able to take her trip to Italy," he wrote. "Thoughts and Prayers for Joy. We hope she makes it through this tragedy."
Whoopi also found herself in hot water recently after she was temporarily suspended after she got backlash for comments about the Holocaust.
