The Pittsburgh Steelers have a quarterback problem. May be a good problem to have but this remains to be seen. Pittsburgh was struggling on Sunday to keep pace with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers thanks to a floundering offense.
But when quarterback Kenny Pickett went down with a concussion, Mitch Trubisky came in and everything changed. Trubisky came in and played with energy and intensity he didn’t show in his four starts. He led the team down the field and scored what was ultimately the game-winning touchdown.
So you see where the problem is? Trubisky was benched in favor of Pickett but far outplayed him on Sunday. Pickett is in the concussion protocol and his status for Sunday’s game is up in the air. But even if he is cleared, should head coach Mike Tomlin stick with the hot hand or go back to Pickett? Case your vote and let us know.
