Logan Paul has verbally agreed to sign Brazilian star Whindersson Nunes after previously suggesting he would retire from boxing.
The YouTube star recently fought boxing legend Floyd Mayweather last June and managed to survive the distance while earning an expected £15million purse.
He has recently teased a third fight with KSI but this now seems off the cards after the pair launched a new drinks business together.
Whindersson, real name Whindersson Nunes Batista, has made a bid to face Paul on social media calling him out after his recent exhibition against former boxing star Acelino Popo Freitas.
The fight ended in a draw after Nunes suffered a horror cut but was able to cling on to hear the final bell after eight rounds.
Here is all you need to know about the Brazilian star after his challenge to Paul...
Background
Nunes is a 27-year-old Brazilian comedian, singer and YouTuber who is largely known for his comical videos on the streaming service.
He was born in Palmeira do Piaul and decided he wanted to enter the content-creator scene at the age of 15.
The Brazilian star previously became the most subscribed-to streamer on the service before he was overtaken by Canal KondZilla in February 2018.
He has 42m subscribers and also boasts a social media following on Instagram over 58m which is likely to draw huge interest in any fight with Paul.
Snack Intelligence previously compiled a survey which ranked the 27-year-old as the second most influential YouTuber on the platform behind PewDiePie.
Career
Nunes' main career has been spent on YouTube where he has amassed over 3 billion video views on the platform that has expected to have generated him huge wealth.
His videos largely portrayed the comical ups-and-downs of his childhood and growing up.
Nunes also does acting and stand-up featuring in the cast of Brazilian movie The Penetras 2, in addition to being a comedy singer on his platform.
Boxing career
Forty-six-year-old former world champion Freitas fought Nunes in his only boxing exploit during a recent celebrity boxing card in Brazil.
The result was announced as a draw after Nunes was cut and was on borrowed time having particularly wobbly legs in the final two stanzas.
To go the eight round distance with a former world-champion can be seen as a success for Nunes even if the scorecards were a tad controversial.

What the rivals have said
