A 23-year-old Scottish social media influencer has pleaded guilty to attempting to smuggle cannabis worth up to £150,000 (around Rs 1.86 crore) into Scotland via Edinburgh Airport, according to court proceedings.
Ellie Crampsie was stopped by Border Force officers on April 16 last year after arriving from Thailand via Paris on an Air France flight. Prosecutors told the court that during routine questioning, she confirmed her travel history before her luggage was searched.
