Former child star and Heroes actress Hayden Panettiere has died at 36 in Greenville, South Carolina, with her former boyfriend Brian Hickerson now facing renewed attention after reportedly travelling there with her one day before her death.

Panettiere was found unresponsive at a residence in Greenville on Sunday, 16 August, after travelling from Los Angeles with Hickerson the previous day. Emergency responders attempted to revive her, but she was pronounced dead at the scene.
