The demolition expert is Ralph in DDV. His full official name is Wreck-It Ralph, as he’s known for breaking things in the Fix-It Felix, Jr. game, making him an expert at demolition.
Although there are lots of chaotic, destructive, and clumsy villagers hanging around the valley, like Stitch, Goofy, and Mike, only Ralph is truly a master agent of demolition. Even if you feel like another character should match this description, Ralph is the only guy who counts for this duty.

To finish the chat with a demolition expert task for the Pop City Star Path event, you need to have one daily discussion with Ralph. This can be accomplished by finding him around the valley and selecting the interaction option with a chat bubble next to it. Completing this task gets you 25 Tokens.

For the hang out with a demolition expert mission, you need to spend 45 minutes with Ralph. Find him and select the “Let’s hang out!” option to initiate a hang out session. You can do anything you like while hanging out with him, so how you spend the 45 minutes is entirely up to you.
Hang out tasks are sometimes a bit glitchy and don’t track the time properly. If you notice the amount of time spent together hasn’t gone up in a bit, talk to Ralph to end the session, then start a new one right after. This usually fixes the problem.
