In a recent episode of the CLNS Media “Showtime” podcast featuring Michael Cooper, the former Lakers player shared his thoughts on the Celtics rivalry and revealed the two Celtics players he hated the most during his playing days.

Cooper described his intense dislike for Cedric Maxwell, mentioning how he wanted to slap him for always waving a towel during games. He also described his fervent dislike for Danny Ainge and recalled a specific play where he was instructed to hit Ainge with his elbow.

Cooper shared that his enmity toward Ainge persisted until their later encounters as a coach and general manager.
