To reach Reshala's Bunkhouse, you'll first need to unlock the Customs map. The bunkhouse is located towards the middle of the map. I have marked its location on the screenshot below to make it easy for you to find the spot.
The bunkhouses are located near the Stronghold. You'll see the bunkhouses to your right if you're at the location. There are nearby vehicles, so use those as your markers. There are five small houses all connected. The correct one is the second from the right.
Go close to the door, and it will ask you for a key that should be in your backpack. The items inside will be random, and this location isn't related to any quest. However, the items you can get from the bunkhouse tend to have quite a high valuation and have plenty of rare loot.
I managed to get a BTC that can be used as a Cultist Circle recipe item in Escape from Tarkov. Once you manage to find the key, make sure to visit the location to claim your free loot.

The easiest way to obtain the key is by eliminating Reshala in Escape from Tarkov. You can then pick the key up and add it to your backpack. You can also purchase the key from the Flea Market once you're level 25 or higher. This method can prove to be expensive, since keys aren't the cheapest items to obtain from the market.
