With the bye week in the rearview mirror, it’s time to start shifting our focus toward the rest of the Tennessee Titans’ 2023 season.
The Titans are set to host the Atlanta Falcons in what is a must-win game if the team wants any realistic chance at turning its season around.
Tennessee currently sits at 2-4 with a potential fire sale looming if it loses its third consecutive game on Sunday. According to Team Rankings, the Titans have underwhelmed in practically every notable statistic through six games.
The offense ranks in the bottom half of the league in practically all of the major offensive categories.
Meanwhile, a defense that was expected to be an elite unit is hovering around the league average in several notable areas — and that was before the Titans traded the heart and soul of the entire team when they sent All-Pro safety Kevin Byard to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Now, a look at where the Titans rank in several major statistical categories going into Week 8.
