The Top Gear trio are back for their seventh season together
(Picture: Top Gear/BBC)The action-packed car show is back, with Chris Harris, Freddie Flintoff, and Paddy McGuinness back to host Top Gear for its 33rd season.
It’s their seventh season made together and it promises much of the same goofy humour and action-packed auto challenges.
“In this jam-packed, marmalade-upholstered new series, you’ll find French waxworks, Italian taxi ranks, Thai pickups, German sausages, Croatian hypercars and, of course, a triple-helping of premium British beef,” reads the season description.

When does Top Gear’s new series start?
The first episode of Top Gear seies 33 premiered on Sunday, October 30, with weekly episodes following every Sunday.

Top Gear will air on BBC One every Sunday and will be available to watch on BBC iPlayer after.
In previews of the upcoming season, the BBC has revealed a number of locations that the trio will journey to, including Thailand, France, Germany, Croatia, and Italy.
They’ll be testing out flatbeds, electric cars, and (of course) a fair few supercars in locations around the world.
As in previous seasons, there will also be a range of challenges for both the cars and the presenters, including a delivery driver challenge putting them through “Top Gear’s patented Real World Delivery Driver Obstacle Course Complete With Fearsome German Shepherd”.
Some of the cars to be featured include the Ferrari 296 GTB, the Porsche Cayman GT4 RS, and the multi-million pound Pagani Huayra BC.
Speaking to the BBC, Chris Harris said that the trip to Thailand was the most memorable one of the season.
“During the trip we did Hmong kart racing, which involves racing wooden go-karts down a hill...which was a silly idea and resulted in all sorts of things going wrong!” he said. “But Top Gear is at its best when things are going wrong, so I remember that well.”
