While Dancing On Ice star Regan Gascoigne is getting ready to take centre stage once again after surviving for another week in the competition, few will remember when he and his dad, Paul, were pictured having a grand old time at Edinburgh's Christmas market.
The pair were joined by Gazza's ex-wife, Sheryl and her son Mason, from a previous marriage, at Edinburgh's Christmas market in 2001.
The photos show not only Gazza in a different light, but his son Regan, aged just five.

Regan's time on the show so far has seen him win over the hearts of both fans and judges, scoring high points nearly every week with his performances with partner Karina Manta.
Gascoigne appeared on Lorraine last week to discuss the different pressures that the competitive ITV show has placed on him and his skating partner.
Lorraine was also full of praise for the duo, with Regan speaking about his fantasy of being on Dancing on Ice even before he got the all-important call.
Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor was the latest celebrity to be eliminated from the show on the weekend, with fellow Corrie actor Anthony Cotton making a surprise cameo during her performance.
The actress, 58, and her skating partner Matt Evers landed in the bottom two opposite BMX racer Kye Whyte and his partner Tippy Packard.
Despite all four judges opting to save the latter, Sally remained upbeat following her elimination
With the competition hotting up, Regan will be hoping that he and his partner Karina can go the whole way this year.
The throwback images of him as a young boy and his dad, Paul, having fun on the ice in Edinburgh was perhaps a sign of things to come for the young star.
At the time, the pictures sparked rumours that Paul was back seeing Sheryl, just a few years after the pair got divorced in 1998.
At the time, Gazza, who was playing for Everton at the time, said that he was perfectly content with his wellbeing and social life, saying that he's happy, healthy and that he and Sheyl were staying friends for the kids' sake.
