There's a clash on the TV listings this evening with most of the best show's airing at 8pm and 9pm. There's more contestants cooking up delicious dishes over on BBC One meanwhile ITV's café sitcom continues on ITV.
Also airing on March 30 will be The Gadget Show over on Channel 5 from 7pm and the new season of the fantasy drama DC's Legends of Tomorrow from 8pm over on Sky Max. The third instalment of Glow Up Ireland will also be broadcasting on BBC Three from 8pm.
As usual EastEnders will air on BBC One from 7.30pm with Emmerdale airing on ITV at the same time. Wednesday's also mean an hour-long trip to Weatherfield as the drama continues in Coronation Street from 8pm on ITV. Take a look at our top five TV highlights for Wednesday, March 30:
MasterChef - BBC One - 8pm
In tonight's episode the contestants will face two challenges. In the first round they must impress judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace by inventing a dish from scratch using a selection of fresh ingredients. In round two they'll serving up a plant based dish in a brief set by food critic Grace Dent.
Your Body Uncovered with Kate Garraway - BBC Two - 8pm
In the penultimate episode of the six-part series which gives patients an immersive medical consultation to help better understand their illness. In tonight's episode, Kate Garraway and Dr Guddi Singh meet a young woman with a condition called endometriosis and she also meets someone who has recently been diagnosed with kidney stones.
Matt Baker: Travels with Mum & Dad - More4 - 9pm
Matt Baker returns to our screens this Wednesday in a brand new series featuring his mum and dad, Janice and Mike. This time however, he's not helping renovate the Durham hill farm but they're going on a family trip. In the first episode they'll be visiting places in the North East to relive some old fond memories.
Kate and Koji - ITV - 9pm
In this third instalment of the second series of the sitcom, Kate discovers her dad’s old revolver from the Second World War and Koji convinces her to hand it in to the police. Starring Brenda Blethyn and Okorie Chukwu, the new series also includes guest stars Susie Blake, Chizzy Akudolu and Claire Skinner.
The Simpler Life - Channel 4 - 9pm
The Channel 4 programme follows a group of city-dwellers who have given up their modern lives, including technology such as mobile phones and computers to live off-grid in a Devonshire farm and continues with a fourth instalment tonight.
