An Order Signed Ahead of the Storm
New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill put pen to Executive Order No. 25 on Friday, September 25, declaring a state of emergency across Atlantic, Burlington, Cape May, Cumberland, Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean and Salem counties. The order took hold at 5 p.m. that evening, ahead of a nor'easter forecasters expected to intensify through the weekend.
