What channel is Rangers vs Celtic? TV, live stream and kick-off details for the Viaplay Cup final

After what feels like a month of build up, it's finally time for the Viaplay Cup Final at hampden.

Celtic take on Rangers on Glasgow's south side, four years after they last met in the final of this competition. The hoops got away with one on that occasion, winning 1-0 thanks to an offside Christopher Jullien goal before Alfredo Morelos missed a penalty after Jeremie Frimpong was sent off. Kyogo Furuhashi was at the double the last time the Hoops lifted this trophy a year ago, netting a double as they came from behind to beat Hibs.

Michael Beale has the chance to lift not just his first trophy as Rangers boss, but his first as a manager after being part of Steven Gerrard's coaching staff that lifted the title in 2021. Ange Postecoglou is chasing a treble after their Scottish Cup involvement was ended by their rivals at the semi-final stage last year and victory today will be the first step to emulating the likes of Jock Stein, Martin O'Neill, Brendan Rodgers and Neil Lennon before him.

Michael Beale will be the man tasked with avoiding a repeat of that mental night in Glasgow. Having won 13 of his 14 games in charge since taking over from a beleaguered Gio van Bronckhorst, he could hardly have asked for a better start in charge of the Govan club. Today's clash will be the second time Beale and Postecoglou have faced off with the first meeting ending in a 2-2 draw at Ibrox in the New Year fixture. Celtic will go into the game slight favourites due to their nine point lead at the top of the league but on cup final day anything can happen.

Here is everything you need to know about the big game...
