An Aston Villa fan sent a message to Gabby Agbonlahor during their clash against Liverpool.
The Reds are currently 2-1 up at Villa Park in what is their first Premier League match since the conclusion of the World Cup in Qatar. Mohamed Salah opened the scoring before Virgil van Dijk doubled the advantage for Jurgen Klopp's side, who could have been further in front at the break had Darwin Nunez converted the chances that came his way.
Salah made no mistake in the fifth minute when he latched on to a cross from Andy Robertson. Van Dijk extended Liverpool's lead in the 37th minute with a volley from a corner routine.

And as the half-time whistle went, one of the Villa fans clearly had something to say to Agbonlahor, who is working as a pundit for Amazon Prime as part of their coverage of the match.
When introducing the analysis section of the half-time break, presenter Laura Woods revealed a home supporter had shouted a message toward Agbonlahor, who scored 87 goals in 391 appearances for Villa during his playing career.
It was claimed the fan shouted to Agbonlahor that a '7-2 was still on', which is a reference to a previous meeting between the two teams. Back in October 2020, at the same stadium, Liverpool lost by the same scoreline.
Ollie Watkins scored a hat-trick that night - and the Villa forward has just headed home to halve the deficit to 2-1. Let's hope that supporter wasn't right...
