West Dunbartonshire Election 2022: Clydebank Waterfront councillors pledge to prevent anti-social behaviour

Reviewing the measures put in place at the Kilpatrick Hills to help tackle anti-social behaviour will be a key focus for councillors elected next week.

Last year new countryside rangers were hired to help tackle a surge in crowds at the popular hill walking site to help cut growing problems of litter, traffic congestion and anti-social behaviour.

The decision was made following concerns about traffic congestion and parking issues in Old Kilpatrick and Hardgate, with hundreds taking to the hills during lockdown.
