West Bengal: Salt Lake markets to get a facelift with Rs 2.5 crore Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation funds

KOLKATA: Community market complexes across Salt Lake will soon get a facelift. The Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation (BMC) has allocated Rs 2.5 crore funds this year to repair and renovate several markets, which have been in a bad shape.

There are many community markets across Salt Lake which are maintained by BMC. These are the AA, AB-AC, AE, CA, BD, BJ, CE, CK-CL, FB, FD, EC, GD, IA, IB block and Baisakhi markets.
