A Welsh TikTok star is set to appear on a brand new travel programme on Channel 4. Tara Edwards from Cardiff is a familiar face on the social media platform having garnered more than 18,700 followers over the last two years.
On TikTok Tara mostly creates content about her home city. But now she is about to embark on a new destination on a new TV series called Strangers on a Plane. The Come Dine With Me-inspired format will see five travellers handed a budget to entertain their companions for 24 hours.
The programme will follow the holidaymakers as they take turns to oversee the group activities during a five-day getaway. They will be responsible for decisions including accommodation, dinner plans, and evening activities.
