Twitter has gone down as thousands of users have complained of issues with the social media app and website. On DownDetector, reports started flooding in around 9.50am on Wednesday (March 1).
Upon opening up Twitter, many say they cannot see their timeline, with a message saying "Welcome to Twitter! This is the best place to see what’s happening in your world. Find some people and topics to follow now" popping up instead.
So far, Twitter has not acknowledged the problem. Thousands of people have been taking to the social media site to complain.
