Britsuperstore has analysed just under eight million UK search results to find out what the nation’s favourite cereal. The news comes just in time for National Cereal Day, today (Monday).
Based on the total number of searches from the past 12 months, the study shows that Weetabix is currently the nation’s favourite cereal, with the cereal receiving over 600,000 searches in the past year. The study also analysed the most popular cereal manufacturer over the past 12 months, with the results showing that Kellogg’s remain the UK’s most popular cereal manufacturer - receiving over 1.3 million searches, combined for the Kellogg’s brand and Kellogg’s related products.

The study further analysed the UK’s favourite cereals by reviewing the number of searches from January 1, 2020, to January 1, 2021. This was then compared with their percentage search volume increase/decrease from the past 12 months.
