West Ham are one game away from winning their first major European trophy in over 50 years as they prepare to face Italian side Fiorentina in Prague on Wednesday night.
After a largely disappointing campaign domestically, the Hammers have the chance to cement themselves in folklore with a win in the Czech Republic. Their string of results getting them to the final has been nothing short of sensational and they are now just one game away from securing a remarkable continental season for David Moyes.
He has lead the Hammers to 13 wins out of 14 games in the Conference League after dropping down from the Europa League in which they were contenders in the final four last season. With not only prestige on the line here, both sides have their fate for next year in the balance too.
West Ham's 14th-place finish is a long way from European qualification but they know that a win against Vincenzo Italiano's men. would secure a place in next year's Europa League. Meanwhile, their opponents were eighth in Serie A and have the same ambitions after falling outside automatic qualification.
There is good news for a game with such high stakes, too. The game, which kicks off at 8pm on BT Sport, will be free to watch.
Alongside coverage of the game, with build-up from the Eden Arena starting at 6:30pm, the game will be available for all BT customers on the website, app and on Virgin.
