The losses continue to pile up for the Ohio State basketball team, and when that happens, the head coach has to face the music. For OSU head coach Chris Holtmann, that music continues to get louder and louder. and has started to reach piercing decibels.
The Buckeyes lost to Northwestern in a game that had some questionable decisions with rotations, to say the least. One of those was bringing freshman sensation and leading scorer Brice Sensabaugh off the bench and not into the game until a little over twelve minutes left in the first half.
Buy Buckeyes TicketsSensabaugh scored just four points in the game on 1-of-8 shooting on 16 minutes of play and the local media wanted answers. There was a rather uncomfortable exchange between Holtmann and a member of the media on the usage of Sensabaugh, and the answers didn’t seem to line up with reality.
But it wasn’t the only awkward moment when Holtmann sat down for the postgame press conference. Watch a very uncomfortable presser with Holtmann clearly feeling the heat and frustrations of the season thanks to the Columbus Dispatch.

Ohio State will try to get things back in the win column when it takes on Michigan State at home on Sunday.
Hopefully, the postgame festivities are a little more civil after the next loss.
