Houston Texans quarterback Kyle Allen came up short.
The 26-year-old, who started two games for Houston last season, thought he hit a hole-in-one while golfing with Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am golf tournament. However, upon closer inspection, the Texans’ Allen was as close as you could get with the ball edging the cup.
The golf event takes place from Feb. 2-5 in California.
According to Nick Wojton from the Bills Wire, other NFL players or coaches, past or present, invited to the event include Aaron Rodgers, Steve Young, Ron Rivera, Larry Fitzgerald, and Alex Smith.
