It could be scary hours for Ravens opponents if Rashod Bateman can finally assemble an efficient and highly productive season. The former Golden Gophers All-American has looked dominant through the first week of training camp.
Odell Beckham moved on, and Bateman got healthy while landing a contract extension. The early results suggest that Bateman could potentially log a 1,000-yard season, with opposing defenses now having to account for the physical Derrick Henry.

Bateman will get Odell Beckham’s targets and them some after being among the best in the NFL at separating from opposing defenders.
A 2021 first-round pick, Bateman missed most of his second season after having foot surgery. He was still dealing with the effects last season after finishing with 56 targets, the fourth-most on the team behind Zay Flowers, Beckham Jr., and Mark Andrews.
