Carolina Panthers wideout Xavier Legette appears to have found his footing.
After what he described as a “slow” debut at the team’s opening outing of training camp yesterday, the explosive rookie receiver jumped back into form on Thursday morning. Oh, and when we say “jumped,” we mean that quite literally . . .

Legette spoke to reporters following the first practice of the summer on Wednesday and did not mince words about his performance.
“Training camp started slow for me,” he stated. “I feel like it wasn’t my best, but we got time to continue to make a buck.”
He was then asked why he thought the offering wasn’t his best.
“I feel like I wasn’t really [attentive] to detail today,” he replied. “So I need to buy in on that for the rest of the practices.”
Luckily, there’s 12 of those practices remaining for Legette—who has plenty of time to make a buck as well as some more eye-opening grabs.
