At long last, Brendan Rodgers is being presented as Celtic's new manager.
It rumbled on for a couple of weeks after Hoops chief executive Michael Nicholson and money man Chris McKay flew out to Majorca to meet with Rodgers. Things then got even more serious when Dermot Desmond jetted into Glasgow to meet Rodgers. He was finally confirmed as Ange Postecoglou's successor on Monday, and spoke for the first time on Thursday night in a message to the fans before an extended in-house club interview
Now he'll meet the media and hopefully address the issues they really want to hear about. Namely, his departure the first time around, the green brigade reaction to his return and what he's got planned in terms of transfers as Celtic look to maintain their domestic dominance whilst also making an impact on the Champions League group stage, following a disappointing campaign during last season's competition. You can watch what Rodgers has to say on the player above.
