While the Sacramento Kings secured an early 1-0 lead over the Golden State Warriors, there was some drama in the stands during Saturday’s contest at Golden 1 Center.
Beloved Bay Area rapper and known Golden State Warriors fan E-40 was escorted from the game by Golden 1 Center security. After the game, the veteran Bay Area musician and entrepreneur released a statement on his removal from the game and requested the Kings organization for an investigation.
Although E-40 won’t attend Game 2, the Warriors showed their support and made sure to have his presence felt at Golden 1 Center on Monday. During their early pregame shootaround before Game 2, the Warriors got shots up while E-40’s music played through the arena.
