Wales boss Warren Gatland has praised Ireland head coach Andy Farrell for instilling a winning culture into his team.
Ireland head to Cardiff for the opening round of the Guinness Six Nations this weekend as slight favourites for the title. Andy Farrell's side have been in stunning form since the Summer, picking up wins over Australia and World Champions South Africa along with test series victory over the All Blacks in New Zealand.
Gatland and Farrell have worked closely in the past on a couple of British and Irish Lions Tours in 2013 and 2017. And with the Rugby World Cup in France just seven months away, Gatland is not surprised that Farrell is thriving in a head coach role.
