A price comparison site has revealed each item that has increased in price over the last month at major supermarkets.
Amid a cost of living crisis, shoppers are more aware than ever of their budgets being stretched for all necessities. Some common items have increased in price by up to 30 per cent in recent weeks.
Secret shopper comparisons, conducted by reporters for Nationalworld, aimed to determine exactly which products have faced hikes by Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Aldi, reports Wales Online.
