Shoppers who buy cheese, yoghurt and milk have been warned over spiralling costs.
The UK has been hit with a cost-of-living crisis as people struggle to cope with skyrocketing inflation. Independent consumer organisation, Which?, has revealed the food and drink with the fastest rising prices.
Which? monitors the increase on its inflation tracker and found the price of cheese is currently growing at the quickest rate. From March to May, the annual inflation for these three months was 25.2%.

This was followed in second place by milk, which was 22.4% in these months and yoghurt which rose by 20.6%. The least impacted product on the list from Which? was energy drinks, which rose by 11%.
Which? explained inflation has risen due to a combination of issues. It added: "Prices for feed, fertiliser and fuel, which are all needed to produce food and drink, have risen dramatically due to the war in Ukraine.
"This has been coupled with the knock-on effects of disruption during the pandemic as well as spiralling energy and labour costs."
