Warm hubs in Merseyside listed as temperatures plummet to below freezing

As temperatures plummet to below freezing, people are being urged to check in on their neighbours and loved ones.

Residents right across the region are struggling financially as the cost of living grips and bills soar, but "warm hubs" are in place to provide support to those who may need it. As people choose between heating or eating, these spaces provide a warm, friendly environment to attend.

Community buildings, such as council buildings, libraries, art galleries, community centres and places of worship are all being used as a part of the plan and attendees will have access to things like food and warm drinks, Wi-Fi and computer usage, as well as benefits and housing advice are provided if people need it.
