“Serious failings” have been identified in council homes across Wandsworth by the Government’s official watchdog.
The Regulator of Social Housing raised concerns in a report this week about the borough council’s failure to carry out 1,800 overdue fire safety remedial actions. It also found that the authority “does not have up to date information on the condition of most of its homes”.
