Is Andy Burnham another “dud” prime minister?

Andrew Neil certainly seems to think so. The former editor of The Sunday Times, BBC presenter, GB News founder and now Daily Mail columnist writes: “Something is rotten in the British body politic. It has lumbered us with a series of leaders who were not prime ministerial timber.”
