Vladimir Putin sending reservists to their death digging trenches under artillery fire, says UK

Vladimir Putin has sent mobilised reservists to their death as they were ordered to dig trenches on the frontline under Ukrainian artillery fire, British defence chiefs claimed on Friday.

They stressed that some of them were sent to fight in Ukraine despite suffering “serious, chronic health conditions”, and with little training and poor equipment.
