Reports say the Russian president is moving nuclear-capable missiles towards the country's border with Finland. Vladimir Putin has started the manoueveres following the Nordic state announcing its intention to join Nato.
A video posted online on Monday (May 16) appears to show the deployment of mobile Iskander missiles. The clip claims it's from a motorway on the way to Vyborg, a western Russian town close to the Finnish border.
The Helsinki bid to join NATO is a move which Russian President Putin has long been opposed to. A commentary on the dashcam video says that seven ballistic missile systems were on the way to the town just 24 miles from the Finnish border, reports MirrorOnline.
