Cory Kinnan of Browns Wire has the solution for them as he has the Vikings selecting Penn State CB Joey Porter Jr. in his latest mock draft. Here is what Kinnan had to say about Porter Jr.
“The fourth cornerback comes off the board in this 2023 NFL Mock Draft, as the Minnesota Vikings dive back into the first round cornerback market yet again. After Gonzalez, Witherspoon, and Banks all come off the board, they land long and physical Penn State corner Joey Porter Jr.”
Porter Jr. is a player that thrives in press coverage and can play man coverage really well. With those tools, he can be a really nice addition to the Vikings’ secondary.
