Victoria Beckham has managed to transform her figure with the help of a former Team GB star.
The fashion designer has always maintained a trim figure, with husband David previously revealing she's eaten the same meal for 25 years.
But how has 48-year-old Posh managed to keep her body in check?
According to London-based personal trainer Bobby Rich, the star has been working overtime after enlisting his help in recent months.
Speaking to The Sun, Bobby opened up on Victoria's gruelling workouts and athletic-level training regime.
The PT revealed she joins him in the gym five days a week, and even maintains her healthy lifestyle whilst on holiday.
Bobby told the publication: "My methodology and application towards Victoria's training is based on my own conditioning programming I used when competing.
"I treat the year as a season and work through different training blocks, identifying peaks and recovery phases to get the most out of the incredible efforts Victoria puts into each session, mentally and physically.
"The biggest difference in Victoria's training is the introduction of strength training and functional movements, such as overhead squats, cleans and snatches."
In a typical session, the former Spice Girl can expect to burn around 600 calories.
Bobby went on to credit Victoria's "dedication", adding: "Victoria is a great example of my two fundamental teachings — accountability and consistency.
"No one is more accountable for your own health than you. And consistency is where real progress and change is made. It’s what makes it a lifestyle, not a habit. In a nutshell, Victoria trains hard, but she also trains smart."
Meanwhile, Victoria previously opened up on her eating habits following husband David's claims regarding her daily diet.
Earlier this year, the former footballer said: "I get quite emotional about food and wine. When I'm eating something great I want everyone to try it.
"Unfortunately, I'm married to someone who has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years. Since I've met Victoria, she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables. She'll very rarely deviate away from there."
However, Victoria responded to his comments in Vogue Australia as sh said: "No. What he meant is that he’s never met anyone who’s more disciplined with the way that they eat. I eat lots of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, that sort of thing.
"I do drink alcohol, unless I have a reason not to. I’ll detox from anything for three to six months where I won’t drink. I’m quite extreme in anything I do, whether it’s eating or working out or drinking or not drinking."
It comes as Victoria and her family are currently making the most of their summer break.
Earlier this week, the mum-of-four shared a series of photos after heading to Canada for a weekend of outdoor activities with pals – including actor Mark Wahlberg.
During the trip, Victoria posed for a snap on a tennis court alongside her daughter Harper as the pair sported matching outfits.
