Vice President Kamala Harris is set to meet with her vetting team today for detailed presentations on each of the finalists to be her running mate. The briefings are expected to last 60 to 90 minutes, with flexibility based on the complexity of the vetting and any follow-up questions.

The finalists include Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear, Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker. The presentations may lead to a reduction in the number of candidates for final interviews scheduled for Sunday, most likely in person.
