Vice President-Elect JD Vance Meets With Senate Leader Thune

Vice President-elect JD Vance met with incoming GOP Senate Leader John Thune for approximately 30 minutes on Wednesday. The nature of their discussion was not disclosed by Thune, who declined to confirm whether they were deliberating on President-elect Donald Trump's Defense Secretary nominee, Pete Hegseth.
