Australian music giant John Farnham will be honoured by global superstars at a blockbuster tribute concert raising vital funds for cancer support.
Jimmy Barnes, Tina Arena, Human Nature, Keith Urban and Jessica Mauboy are among the names to appear at the gig at Melbourne's Rod Laver Arena on September 20.
Farnham hoped the night would be about enjoying the music and having a laugh, while also raising funds for Head and Neck Cancer Australia, which supported him during his own battle in recent years.
"I've been incredibly lucky to spend my life doing what I love, and even luckier to have Australians embrace my music the way they have," he said.
"This night isn't about me — it's about giving something back and supporting a cause that means a great deal to me."
