Vehicles crawl on waterlogged roads: Potholes, errant drivers add to mess in Pune

Pune

PUNE: Commuters had a harrowing time as traffic crawled, or even stopped for long duration on potholed stretches because of waterlogging triggered by the heavy rain across the city throughout Monday.

The India Meteorological Department's (IMD) Shivajinagar observatory recorded 38.5mm rain between 8.30am till 11.30pm. Lohegaon recorded 9mm rain between 8.30am and 8.30pm.
