A vegetarian girlfriend claims she was 'traumatised' after cooking a sausage for her meat-eating fella only to discover it looked uncannily 'like a pig' - complete with 'snout and ears'. Chrissie Anker decided to treat her boyfriend Joe Williams, 25, and their daughter to a rare treat of pork sausage and chips, as the family usually ate a meat-free diet most days.
The 21-year-old mum put the bangers into the oven but as she watched them sizzling on the tray, she was 'disgusted' to discover one looked like it had formed little ears. The senior support officer claims she then took the meat out of the cooker and was stunned spot what looked like a snout as well - leaving her cringing at the 'horrible but funny' sight.
Chrissie, from Biggleswade, Bedfordshire, said: "I usually cook vegetarian food for him and our daughter every night. I thought I'd give him something different because I felt bad, it's a rare treat in our house.
