Vanessa Hudgens has admitted being a mother-of-two is "the hardest thing" she has "ever done" in her life.

The High School Musical star is mom to two children, a boy and a girl whose names have not been revealed, with her husband Cole Tucker and she's now opened up about motherhood and revealed she's using her experiences to create a new kids brand called A Star Is Born to help other parents.
